Cascara

Cascara or dry coffee fruits is a natural antioxidant. Tea-like prepared, it results in a fruity taste caffeinated drink. Getting from the same cherries as our coffee, we ensure having only ripe fruits in the infusion. A special procedure of drying helps to keep a minimum percentage of moisture that allows for extract more sugars from the fruit.
